Kozlovna Barborský dvůr is a stylish restaurant in a beautiful surroundings, where you will find mostly Czech cuisine and great beer from a tank. Tank beer Kozel 11° is our flagship and its quality is taken care of with care and love. It is produced in the traditional method using Czech ingredients and bears the trademark Czech beer. Our barroom masters will tap you a great beer that will conquer even the cream with its foam.

Style in every detail

Kozlovna Barborský dvůr has an unmistakable atmosphere that is inherent in the concept restaurants of Plzeňský Prazdroj. A statue of a goat greets you at the entrance and the restaurant uses high-quality materials made of wood, leather and metal. For example, tables with metal hooves or leather-covered backs for bench tables. The wooden floors and tables only illustrate the whole concept of the restaurant, which gives a warm impression and is a cosy place for a family lunch, dinner or a beer with friends. And in the summer there is also outdoor seating in our garden.

Our philosophy

“In the kitchen, we take care of all the ingredients with the care of a good farmer. We prefer local and fresh meat, eggs, potatoes and vegetables. Among other things, we also cook traditional Czech dishes according to our grandmothers’ recipes, but in a slightly more modern form. We do not use flavourings and artificial ingredients. Our young but skilled team prepares dishes for you every day so that your taste experience is the best possible, you leave satisfied and come back to us excited. And that goes for our starters, main courses, desserts or appetizers with beer.”
